This whole time I presumed patron was about people who made donations... I couldn't find any setting adjustments that affect subsribtions to threads other than that check box. If the earliest comment in the thread still has that box checked it, may generate the email as well? Not sure...

ive found where to unsubscribe! there's a little envelope symbol at the top of the forum lists. this is the subscribe/unsubscribe button. however it doesn't work, i get this error message...
There was an error unsubscribing you. Please let us know about this bug and provide this information: DELETE archive.forum_digests FROM archive.forum_digests D, archive.users U WHERE (D.forum_id = 'faqs') AND D.user_id = U.id AND U.username =my email address"

Maybe because you are already unsubscribed? Or are you the one who was still subscribed? Too many tabs open to figure out myself...

i'm definitely 'subscribed'. a little box has a tick in it telling me so. i remove the tick, click update amd get the error message.

Hi,
I work at here at IA, and I'll send one of the engineers an email about this being broken. It might take a few days to get it figured out, it looks like maybe the DB this is using got nuked or something? We'll look into it. Sorry about the problem!
